Baby wraps

While I have everything we NEED for this baby, there are a few things that I really wish I would have had with Noah, and want to get if we can before Eli comes. The big one is a baby wrap. Most of you know what I am referring to, but if you don't they are wraps that you tie to yourself and you carry baby in them...essentially you wear your baby. I had a carrier (bjorn) with Noah, and didn't get too much use out of it. It hurt my back and shoulders. I have been looking into different brands and have sort of narrowed down my options to the Sleepy Wrap, and Moby Wrap. Both run around $40, so price wise they are equal, so it just comes to which one seems like it will work best for us. I am thinking I would use it grocery shopping since I don't know how I would fit groceries into any cart with a carseat and Noah inside, and I want to be able to wear it around the house doing my regular housework...and I want one I can breastfeed with. I would love to hear opinions if anyone has one or the other.

I had the Moby, I 100% HATED it. It was hot, it was uncomfy, it dug into my back, I didn't feel like C was secure in it. HATED it!

So yeah, that is my thoughts LMAO!

Brands have changed from when you and Brooke were babies, but you both spent hours and hours in front carriers. I had two styles - Brooke preferred one and you preferred the other. "Snuggli" was the most popular brand in those days. :)

I recently bought a baby k'tan, and I love it! I wish I would have had it when Leah was a newborn. It works great to hold a big kid on your hip, and I am sure it will also work really well for a newborn.

I was also looking at the moby, and I may still end up buying one for the new baby. We'll see how well this one works out though. Good luck!

Tamara can I ask what size you bought? You look like your similar in size to me...or at least what I USED to be :) I bought S at target because they didn't have XS, but based on their sizing I think I am worried I should have just found an xs somewhere.

Amanda, I bought a small, but honestly, I am probably a little bit bigger than you! If it helps at all, I am 5'11 and weigh 135 (not pregnant). Mine fits perfect!

It should fit snugly. Can you take it back and exchange?
