32 weeks!

Last (fingers crossed anyway) ultrasound!

Ok...really I wouldn't mind getting to see him again, but that would mean there were more issues so hopefully the next time I get to see Isaiah's little face, he will be here safe and sound!

I just had my ultrasound this morning, to look at the placenta and diaphragm. I really don't know anything yet since the technician can't tell me much (they are supposed to wait for the radiologist to review it all). But I will know more at my next appointment in a week.

At our last ultrasound a few weeks ago, we thought he looked just like Eli, but today we saw more Noah in him. I'm excited to see him in person and see just who he looks more like...or if he looks totally different :)

Buddies

The boys are really close, and now that they are in the same room at night...this is usually how I find them in the morning (well on the mornings that Eli hasn't already found his way into our bed that is!)

Appointments

Between 2 young kids and a current pregnancy it feels like all I ever do is run around to different doctor appointments :)

Last week Eli had his 18 month physical (at 19 months). He was over 33 inches tall and 26lbs. He got a few shots and certainly let the nurse and doctor know he was displeased. After the shots the nurse was leaving and I said "tell her bye bye" and Eli scowled and said "no". After she left I got him all dressed and ready to go, and as we were walking out we saw both the nurse and his doctor again and he gave them both the death glare, said NO and walked out. Both boys will be back in the office next month for the flu shot (and Eli has one more of his 18 month shots to get that they didn't have in the office last week) then Noah will go in early November for his THREE year old check up!

I had my 30 week appointment this week (at 29w5d). Everything looked good, Isaiah's heart rate was in the 160s, I was measuring right at 29-30 weeks, my blood pressure is highish for me but still holding steady, and I was up a total 11 pounds for this pregnancy! I tend to gain the most weight in the last 10 weeks So I am pretty much right on track with everything! I was dilated to .5-1 but that's pretty common after multiple pregnancies so nothing alarming. I go in again for my next, and hopefully last, ultrasound in 2 weeks, and my next doctors appointment is in 3 weeks.

30 weeks...getting close!

We are in the final 10 weeks, which is both exciting and terrifying :) My biggest concern...Eli. My little momma's boy isn't going to know what hit him. I just hope he handles losing his "baby of the house" status better than I think he will.

Kind of caught up...

This is really all just the second half of our summer in all the new posts. But at least there are some pictures of the boys for the family to see.

Brandon is now working out of town...I swear he gets sent out every time something major happens, or is about to happen. He expects to be gone for a good couple of months, but he is home Friday night and leaves again Sunday morning. He is only a couple hours away, so it's not terrible, and I know if I need him, he will be able to get home fairly quick...but it still stinks having him away. We did however get new phones right before he left that have internet access so now we play scrabble on them every night before bed together, and they can send video messages so the boys are able to tell Daddy goodnight through the videos and also see Daddy on the videos he sends. All in all, it's not so bad I suppose. We are really just thankful that he has stayed busy during the last few years, when so many other places just haven't had the work!

So, that's about it I guess! We have had a pretty eventful summer, and can't wait for what Fall will bring :)

Our Isaiah

If your on Facebook...sorry these are all repeats...but I know some non Facebook family have yet to see our ultrasound picture of our handsome little man! This was at 19 weeks, so a good couple months ago. Our next ultrasound will be in another week and hopefully I will get some really good shots of some chubby cheeks! And this time if they tell me he's going to have a ton of hair...I'll wait until I see it to believe it. Eli has yet to sprout all that hair they were discussing at his 30 week ultrasound!

29 weeks

Since its been a pretty long time since I posted a belly picture on here...we are 29 weeks today. 11 to go!

Helping Daddy Out

They boys like to help Brandon fix things...they are super helpful as you can imagine :) Notice Noah is holding a couple of his own hammers and a bright red wrench.

Miss Ella

My sister in law Jenn gave birth to another healthy little girl last week! Ella Charlotte Ann. She was 20 inches long, and 7 lbs and 15 oz! Isn't she a doll!?!?!

Blank Park Zoo

A few weeks ago we went over to the Des Moines zoo with Brandon's family. It was hot, and exhausting...but so much fun!

I'M BACK!

We finally got our new computer! And over the next day or two I will work on adding all our recent pics and posting some here. The boys have changed so much since the last picture post!

In other news...Eli had his 18 month check up today (although he is almost 19 months). He was 33 inches tall, 26lbs and healthy as can be!
