My computer needed a new power cord, so I was out of commission for awhile, but we are back up and running with lots of updates!
Noah had his 9 month well baby check. He was just over 19 lbs and almost 28 inches. They did a lead check on him and his levels came back elevated. They like the levels to be under 5 and his was nearly 7, meaning he was somehow getting exposed to lead. Brandon used to make bullets in the house (yes, very redneck of us) so we figured the lead must have been in the carpet. Thus, I got new flooring! Brandon laid the new laminate (fake wood) last week. While he was laying it Noah and I stayed out in Riverside with his parents. It was a very rough week for us, as Noah got Roseola and cut his first tooth! He had a fever for 5 days, but is now doing much much better! He does still have the rash, which comes at the end of the virus, but that means that he is at the tail end of it.
Noah is now getting his second tooth so it has been a big week for us! I will leave you with some new Noah pictures. He was so so sick in these but he still tried so hard to be happy.

such a cutie, even when sick! glad he's feeling better :)
Phew, that doesn't sound like much fun to cut a tooth WHILE having roseola!
We didn't have DS tested for lead, since my Pedi said they rarely see it and he was "probably fine", but now I regret it...so DD WILL be tested when it's time! Yeah for the new floors!!!!! :) :)
Yeah I was NOT expecting anything to come of the lead test. They don't regularly test until one, but thankfully my sister is his nurse and knew that Brandon had made those in the house and she asked if she could test him. I am so glad we got it all figured out sooner rather than later! And we had been needing that nasty old carpet replaced anyway! No more puke smell in my house now that it is gone!!!
