Noah's first play!

We are fortunate enough to live in an area with some amazing opportunities and activities to do with the kids. About 10 miles down the road from us are the Amana Colonies which is home to an abundance of fun activities, shops, festivals ect. They are also home to a little theater that puts on 4 or 5 children's plays, in addition to their main stage productions, each year. I was sure it was something that Noah and Eli would enjoy, but decided to make our first play a "mommy/Noah date day" so we could see what it was all about before trying to take all the boys at one time. So here are a few pictures we took after the play. We saw "the Tortoise and the Hare" and Noah got to have his picture taken with all the characters. And incase you cannot tell by the pictures, there was, of course the tortoise, hare, and also a raccoon skunk and butterfly.

It's been awhile!

I haven't posted in quite some time now! Oops :)

Nothing major has happened, just busy busy busy! Isaiah is 4 months old, and still growing like a weed! Eli is now potty trained, which we tackled about a month ago. He does really well, and we haven't had any accidents in almost 2 weeks now! It's so nice to just have one kiddo in diapers again! Nothing new with Noah. He was in a preschool soccer league, which he enjoyed. It was just 4 weeks long, but a fun 4 weeks for him! We celebrated Brandon's 28th birthday this week! We started dating when we were 19 so it's been almost a decade now!

So, that's pretty much the past month in a paragraph :) And here are some pictures of what we have been up to in that time.

My little weed!

At least he sure is growing like one ;)

This is Isaiah today, one day shy of 3 months laying next to the outfit we brought him home from the hospital in.

Eli's Party!

We celebrated Eli's second birthday with our family this weekend! I had a lot of fun planning a superhero/comic book themed party for him. Here are some pics!

This is the birthday banner I made. I cut cardstock into triangles, then cut slightly smaller triangles from comic books. I used my cricut machine to do his name, and just used red electrical tape to string it all together

Party favors. I made all the kids capes and bought little masks. Then each kid got a bag of pop rock candy which I had in little "kryptonite identification" envelopes.

Blowing out candles!

Me with my birthday boy

Balloon wreath I made (I made my sister finish pinning in the balloons for me...so she deserves credit too!)

Veggie tray

The cupcakes/desserts. I had so much fun making all of these! The cupcake decorations I made with superhero themed scrapbooking stickers, and cardstock
